      At GMSLICKBUILDZ LLC, we take pride in offering custom and high-quality lighting products. Many of our items are handmade or built to order, which means shipping times can vary depending on the product.

      Processing & Build Times

      • Made-to-Order / Handmade Items:
        These products are crafted with care and attention to detail. Build times can range from a few weeks to several months, depending on the complexity of the product and current order volume. Please refer to the individual product description for estimated lead times.
      • In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Items:
        Some items ship out within 2–5 business days. If the product is available for immediate shipping, it will be noted on the product page.

      Shipping Estimates

      • Once your item is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email.
      • We ship primarily through USPS or UPS depending on the size and destination.
      • Shipping timeframes (after your order is completed and shipped) usually range from 2–7 business days within the U.S. International delivery times will vary.

      Order Updates

      • Because many of our products are made to order, we appreciate your patience. If you're ever unsure about the status of your order, feel free to contact us at contact@gmslickbuildz.com with your order number.

      • Custom builds can sometimes take longer than expected due to parts availability or high demand. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.

      • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. GMSLICKBUILDZ is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

      Lost or Damaged Shipments

      • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away so we can help file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
